even if one were to remove the more obvious grammar/possessive/plural stuff that is thrown about almost randomly, and even if one were to settle on something resembling a convention for what and where they will capitalize .... it still sucks.

I could go on. But these things: Fonts, formatting (talics, underline etc) COLOR, brevity, rhythm, continuity, consistency ...

Again, one needs the Michael character from the satire "The Office" to take a sabatical under a desk to come up with this stuff ... all while the basic message and structure is mostly sound, but it is hard to imagine putting those points together more poorly.

While going through OCS as punishment for some small mistake I was required to type a perfect letter, in military format. A minimum 1000 words w/ perfect grammar, no spelling errors and no erasers on an old Remington typewriter. I was up all night and a nervous wreck but ultimately completed the dang thing just in time for 4:00 A.M. PT. That was punishment!
