I think you have to go well south of undergraduate to find the age at which that kind of punctuation would not result in a rebuke.

I'm thinking aged 10 or so for get's, it's/its and random capitalisation.

I must come from a different planet. It is difficult to imagine ANYBODY saw this content before delivery. Or they saw it and the culture doesn't let them speak. Or something. If a computer science undergraduate spit this out (s)he would get shredded (at least that is my guess). They certainly would in biology. I mean 100% positively no doubt about it ... something like: "good structure and message, but clean it up, it is embarrassing".

Most students do not like their content called embarrassing. It sticks. They skip the fois gras and sushi, put on a pot of coffee, and read it to a neighbor.

250 people making a total of $60m a year conducting themselves with a complete lack of self-respect.
