With only days until the great unveiling and back-slapping that is the GOP's 'convention without walls', we humbly suggest they erect some - and buy some umbrellas. In NOAA's most recent update, Hurricane Isaac is forecast to pass right down the middle of main street Tampa amid Romney-and-Ryan's great moment so far. Of course, TOTUS will be riley smiling, noting that God didn't build this storm, his government did. Somewhat ironically, Tampa mayor Bob Buckhorn added, for once, "Safety is going to trump politics" - perhaps he should tell Bernanke.

Maybe not so much conspiracy as reality. US Government's HAARP program was discussed in an episode on History Channel called "Weather Warfare". From an old defense document during the 1950's "all wars of the future will be fought using computer or weather warfare". HAARP uses Tesla's theories on using ELF's to produce earthquakes, if the right frequency was found. Early research showed that jetstreams could be 'bent' to alter weather. In addition to USA having HAARP up in Alaska, I recently learned that both China & Russia have similar programs.
I believe we may already be in the weather warfare phase of operations. It's certain we are in the cyber war phase also.
