Inlight of develoments following the prehearing conference in this investigation held on 8/14/12, and upon request of the private parties the undersigned hereby postpones the following dates in the procedural schedule until further notice.
-Exchange of rebuttal expert reports on non-infringement and FRAND related issues [Originally scheduled for 8/22/12)
-Expert discovery cutoff and completion (Originally scheduled for 9/10/10).
The order only applies to the above. This makes me think that the parties did come up with some crap and the millions of documents they dumped on IDCC late.
