Now we have the Republicans actually coming out and saying what they really believe.

Akin believes that women can magically stop a pregnancy if they are "legitimately raped".

But apparently Akin isn't on the fringe of the Republican party.

Akin, and his close friend Paul Ryan, co-sponsored a bill in Congress that would limit federal spending on abortions to something called "forcible rape".

"Legitimate rape"? "Forcible rape"?

I am at a loss how any human being can vote for one of these cretins.

Shame on the Republican party.

This is not a war on women. This is a war on humanity.
