So, IF

one takes 6.9m billings as the base, adds 0.8m (as 400k was previously recorded) for DoD services (has that been billed? it would seem it can't be) and gets goofy and has NWs 32k seats bill (call it 2.5m) then one gets 10.2m billings with no other growth in billings in the SMB sector.

I figure SKS will call anything over 10 "close to b.e."

11m would be a triumph (assuming no other large order other than NWs under the radar activity).

Still would like to see the flood-phantom, that would right the ship assuming all these other things hold. That is not consistent with needing 5m going forward.

So from the Q2 report it looks like 1.2m should book (bill?) Q3 in services from DoD (unless particular models/vendors failed to be certified):

Services revenue is being recognized as deliverables are approved by the Department of Defense. Approximately $1.2 million of this second fixed-price modification will be earned as the result of qualifying Wave software on new PC and SED models and with new PC OEM and SED partners. Fees will be earned for each qualifying model and/or partner after being verified by the Department of Defense. Approximately $300,000 of these fees have been earned and approved by the Department of Defense during the three-months ended June 30, 2012. This component of revenue will increase the gross margin for this second fixed-price modification as compared to previous contract modifications."
