re irony - funny thing that.
but i think we have a supply side group running wave. build it and they will come.
we saw how that worked with gilder's bandwidth bandwagon. so much spare capacity, so little value.
they probably wouldn't get it: the irony, that is. supply siders ping from one thing to another creating crashes all around themselves, but somehow they never notice - just move onto their next catastrophe in the making.
the thing that most influenced my thinking about company strategy was a talk about inventory management, of all things. find ways to have demand lead your business. always listen.
