I am at work and pain free.
This doesn't mean I will be doing ANYTHING other than working my fingers and wrists on a keyboard or walking around the plant supervising and giving some instructions.
I want to go an entire week before even attempting one golf swing with a club in my hands for the first time this year.
If I can turn and rotate without getting into pain that will be the indicator this shot worked. I can have my life back.
If not, well, it will be back to the drawing board.
Anyway, wanted to let you guys how things were going so far today. I did have several shooting twinges yesterday as we went shopping and walked quite a bit through this monstrously large IKEA store.
What a disappointment. I don't believe I will ever go back. It looks like everything they sell is Knock down style furniture. I mean everything.
Their mattresses were not very impressive either.
I wanted to try a LATEX mattress. (Mrs. micro does not like the top of the line TempurPedic we bought with the fully adjustable frame and massage vibrator.)
I don't like spring mattresses and do not sleep hardly at all on them.
I have been reading a lot about the LATEX FOAM mattresses and their construction and this seems to be the up and coming thing.
20 - 25 year warranty and you can order it in different firmness and even adjust the firmness yourself at home easily.
Unlike memory foam, latex does not leave "depressions" from where your body lays over time so that is a huge plus.
THIS is why I am looking at these beds. I would simply put one of these on top of my TempurPedic base and frame and move the TempurPedic mattress onto the box spring in the spare bedroom.
Now I need to find a place where I can try these out, and mrs. micro too. IKEA had 2 of them, and they were just toys. Really bad. Noting like what I have been looking at.
I'll let you know how this back thing is going as the week moves along.
Take care and enjoy the week!
The best to you,
micro....
