yes. made the same point elsewhere. but relative to staff increases, it just isn't much. yes there's breadth. but the rate of demand indicates a more gradual approach made the most sense. i get the feeling wave rolls the dice even where there's a prudent alternative.
and the stuff he comes up with - such as in q3 11 when he talked about adding 20m of opportunity to the pipeline for 2012 - is just wild-arsed nonsense.
