OK, here's an issue. Entitlements. Government spending. Self-reliance.

Ryan rails ceaselessly about "entitlements", lauding Ayn Rand and the "self-interest" motivation and how government coddles the weak. To the point he handed out her book to each and every one of his Congressional Aides and insisted they read it.

What he doesn't mention is that he went to college thanks to a Social Security benefit, because his father died young and there was no money for a college education.
