I agree with your timeline.

I think Wave is going down unless their fortunes have taken a strong turn for the better in this quarter.

I am not betting it is happening. Just saying I think it is necessary. They've trashed the share price. Now they are taking on debt (via invoice discounting). At the present rate of expenditure, this is a pathway to destruction unless sales pick up. The price isn't going to rise on its own.

scrambls isn't going to make a difference. I just was thinking of an alternative approach to the one they've chosen: $10-20/seat looks doomed to me.

no one is likely to invest in wave unless they purchase control. and that will mean taking wave private. you don't put real money behind a management like this. let them invest their own money first.

We need a partner with deep pockets. Wave can't go this alone.
The scale of enterprise can't be had unless we have more exposure to the masses. Scrambls may be a way to gain it but time is of the essence. The longer it takes to get there the better chance of competitive disruption. Our time is limited no matter how good the tech is.
