We need a partner with deep pockets. Wave can't go this alone.
The scale of enterprise can't be had unless we have more exposure to the masses. Scrambls may be a way to gain it but time is of the essence. The longer it takes to get there the better chance of competitive disruption. Our time is limited no matter how good the tech is.

In Wave's shoes, I'd put a much lower price on scrambls and try to gain volume. I'd also make an option for its enterprise handlers to harden the security for a small incremental price. Then I'd also offer other hardening options, each of which are offered at a low price.

At least try something new on price. Build it and they will come is an abject failure.
