I think question #12, and the author's response, is thought provoking - particularly because as gung-ho as I am about getting out of cities and into the country, EVEN I'M ESSENTIALLY STILL LIVING IN THE CITY. Nor have I persuaded anyone I know to join me in PREPARING for a move to the country. Heck, aside from my family, I don't know anyone who'd even be interested in living up there with me. It's a shame. I could use the help.
But how peculiar is that?? Beautiful, scenic, wild, clean, free. And hardly anyone wants to live there.
Yep, we're all chained to our city lives. Most of us are going to stick with society through thick and thin . . . even if it kills us. And I have little doubt but that it will.
