what is curious is that the price per share seems to have been known to many players in the market, pretty much. it was too flat for too long to be a price set by uninformed investors. so those who knew the significance of 64 cents traded around that price. i think the cause and effect goes that way around. certain folks knew to sell above 64 cents. the offering must have been going on for some time with price indications.
