Hi doma,

I haven't seen any real evidence that the central bankers are complicit in Libor manipulation. Whereas Barclays has already admitted it.

We'll see as things unfold.

But it is already bad enough. All those guys making gigantic bonuses on the basis of the profits they were generating, and at the same time juicing their profits by manipulating interest rates. This is theft. Pure and simple.

If they were all doing it, then everyone has a claim against them. There will have to be a grand global agreement. This is better than collapse. But the big banks must be broken up so they can no longer collude in this way. I am not sure that banks should even be permitted to be international.

Hi Alea.....

http://www.insurancejournal.com/news/international/2012/08/06/258311.htm

The Central Banks are also at the heart, they too are crooks
pure & simple.............

Either they all pay a fine,a few "rogue" traders are thrown
to the lions & everyone says the normal "we need more
regulation" BS............or..........they will use this to bring
the house down.
