snacks said no. telstar said no. It seems even with warrants bait that voids are tapped out. Seeing that the ATM has been filling any whimsy or routine allocation it seems the build-up pool of money wasn't there. The ATM competed with the PP so to speak, and the ATM got there first.
Seems the PP was priced around market, the warrants given a 10% discount (or vice versa)
tkc, I don't follow your last post and linked message. You mention 2.75 in linked message ... my Q2 is strictly Q2, and this is Q3. I think volume evidence in the absence of price movement points towards $4.3m from financing ... I did take some liberty to push some ATM during Russel and aftermath that is a pure guess whereas the other volume events coupled to news with no price movement are pretty discrete.
