Ohhhhhhhhhh.
That's got a really bad image in my brain. mrs. m with equipment like that could be really bad for me.

Well, I will actually will be off for four days minimum doing ZIP physically.

I can barely sit still that long but will have no choice. This is a really intense and somewhat dangerous shot and can be painful. But the upside is that if it works, I should be out of pain within a day or two and they say it really gets good after two weeks.

I can only pray that is the case. I had another sleepless night last night I was in so much constant pain and had taken TWO pain pills.

SO I promise I will be good. Really. I am very sick of this and I do want to go see my grand son in Virginia, and his mother and dad.

Keep me in your prayers.

10:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. Mrs. micro has to drive me home.

This time when the doctor says to rest and not over-do it, stay home, rest, and don't over-do it.

The shackles are boxed and ready for pick-up when Mrs. Micro deems she needs them - don't make me actually ship them!
