Fire On 88th Floor Of 1 WTC

Firefighters have contained a fire that broke out on the 88th floor of 1 World Trade Center Wednesday morning, fire officials said.

The fire, which may have been sparked by a welding incident, was reported to the FDNY just before 7:45 a.m. It was under control by 8:40 a.m.

No one was inside the building when the fire started

I'M CONFUSED,,,,,,,,,,

(*No ID scruitney of the welder ,No melting steel girders , or smoldering passports identifying the arsonist , as of this report)
