yep. that's why so many folks talk about incentives.
it's rank nonsense to suggest that shareholders should not put pressure on management and the board to perform. talking about performance isn't performance. if you can't make it happen, step aside. this team has had enough attempts.
Folks may love the vision thing but the vision has not materialized. So even the vision doesn't work anymore except for a few hardcore wavoids. It certainly doesn’t work for the share price.
Only execution with change that and there really is very little incentive for wavx management to execute.
