is what'd they print? Seriously, it seems if they are trying to close the door on bleeding they need a considerable amount of money.
At this rate the company will hit the share authorization limit before the shelf limit!
(news flash: share authorization will be on the next proxy, unless they revsplit again to make minbid for listing)
I'm thinking they need about $4m. At today's close (as stated by TS) maybe 7 or 8 million shares
with the 5 million or so printed from the ATM and a couple million for SBcomp for the year ... its close to 20m shares (20% dilution).
