This is a different kind of game, apparently.
The way it works appears to be this: Wave signals a future PP to key investors; investors sell stock in public market; price goes down; PP is sold at market to key investors, but at market is manipulated to correct price, which happens to be lower; key investors are happy as they avoid dilution; key investors bully sane human beings on discussion board who express disappointment at dilution.etc
