Yeah. That sort of thing riles me. The internet is overflowing with fraudulent news. So when I see a poorly written story, my very first reaction is to doubt it.

It seems to me that these days, legitimate journalists and editors have a greater responsibility than ever to do high quality work. Quality is one of the better ways for readers to distinguish between real stories and fake.

I'm sure that this particular story is NOT a fake. (I don't see anything that would be gained from it.) But it's also omitting some important material. The author should be more thorough. I'm sure he wants to be taken seriously.

Not sure DE, It wasn't main stream media so it might be sketchy as well...Poor/incomplete reporting.....
