its good that we consolidate this move..we've had two 25% or better moves up in the last 45 days...professional money managers just dont chase after stocks that do that right away...our new analyst was obviously squatting on the cafc decision...good for him...he recommended the stock after it was up 4 points from before the decision was released....and w/ a healthy price target [highest] Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green

The Wistron agreement and CAFC ruling in our favor was excellent news. These are momentum changing events. Would have expected someone like Barclay's to have amended their analysis since they base their sum of the parts analysis on probabilities. It is undeniable that the probability of resolution(s) has increased and gone positive as a result of the CAFC win. Barclay's comps had several of the potential licensee's in 10% probability range, but then again, Barclay's conveniently did not include this probability sum of the parts analysis in their last report because it probably would have resulted in them changing their price target for a FOURTH time in 5 weeks! What would incentivize Barclay's moving the price target up, since they have reduced it the last three times?!? Their magic 8 ball spreadsheet must have said not to, even though it still has, among other things, the wrong diluted share count fucking up their comps ... Again, look forward to seeing Stephen's work.

... with the exception of today's bullshit. Putrid volume did that at 3PM again. Fuck them. If anything we still haven't shaken the option writers, momo, perpetual whining IHUB traders (some all of the same), nor have we lost all those Short Hedge Funds that swarmed towards us after the first ITC loss in August 2009. Maybe we just need to push this CAFC wooden stake win a little more deeper into these fucking vampire's chests ... C'mon Billy!
