ZEPHYR COVE, Nev., Aug. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- VirnetX (NYSE MKT: VHC) today announced that it has published its Royalty Rates and Licensing Guidelines. Rates and Guidelines can be viewed on the Company website (www.virnetx.com) under the "Licensing" tab.

"We are pleased to publish these rates and guidelines," said Kendall Larsen, VirnetX CEO and President. "All forward moving licenses have adhered to these guidelines and have met or exceeded these rates and we will use these rates and guidelines in all future license negotiations."
