a dead end alley by their ex great leader pNokio, and the IDCC posse is waiting at the only way out, I believe ZTE and Huawei will run for the settlement pen and to kiss the ring. Thus leaving pNokio to wage on its battle if that is what the loser wants to do.

I don't like giving alledged infringers advice, but in this instance I feel they need some sound advice.

ZTE and Huawei, with the recently announced Wistron license and CAFC remand of the prior ALJ rulings back to the ITC commission, I advise you to take a Samsung. Meaning leave pNokio out there on their own as surely pNokio will leave you in that alley on your own. To take an unneccessary whipping with your friend hurts just as much as taking a whipping by yourself. And the boots IDCC is wearing just got about 2 sizes bigger.
