you have to think there is a good chance for the summary determination ruling in idc's favor at this point on the two patents that the cafc jsut ruled on...that would be the most expeditious thing that could happen

open IDCC cases.

1- CAFC case remanded(337-613) and expedited ruling of infringement based on the CAFC patent construction, and an injunction issued against Nokia. Rather soon rather than in many many moons or seasons.

2- An ITC ALJ granting of IDCC's motions for summary determination finding against Nokia that they do infringe the 2 patents that IDCC requested a finding on.

And then they can light a match to the gasoline soaked clothes that pNokio is wearing and kick them down the stairs.

I say pNokio settles soon.
