HI BAP!

Well, what I'd really like is the "LAY Down", as in lay down and be able to sleep and be pain free.

That is what appeals to me. lol!!!!!!!!!!

I wonder if that funny smelling stuff they legally grow in California, you know that WEED they say helps people with pain, is any good?

Then again, I wonder what the side effects are inhaling burning smoke into my lungs?? That can't be good either.

Just a fading and passing thought........

Can;t wait to see doc at Noontime today. Hope he has a great pain anti-pain injection for me. Maybe he can induce a coma.

ArVee,
I tried laying down on the floor. The dog wouldn't leave me alone, I got several face washes and the strain put on my lower back was not very good. That hollow area between one's backside and the back....
Where your belt line is. That needs support in a major way.

The good news is I have lost 8 pounds n the past three weeks.

Only 40 more to go. Shouldn't take too much longer to get rid of this small bulge in the front.

My face is back to being it's normal shape instead of rounded now. I can tell because all my clothes are fitting looser.

Look out because I am getting ready to drop a pant size in the waist and return to where I had been for a few decades.

I don't believe I will ever be where I was as a prime athlete because I am way past my prime. And running is out as I am physically unable to do so due to my rebuilt right knee, much less my back.

So I am losing weight by watching my intake. Mrs. micro is a very good food police officer. She has no qualms about voicing her objections to anything I think about eating or snacking on.

I cut out my sugar intake. I switched to sugar substitute Stevia in my coffee and on cereal.
Not bad at all.

I don't drink soda pop except diet and only on rare occasions so my sugar intake is really very low.
I do eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Blueberries, peaches, apples, bananas, melons (cantaloup).

So some good is happening while in misery. My thinking is if I weighed less the strain on my skeleton should be less and maybe reduce the compression on my disks. It makes sense from an engineering standpoint. I don't know about medical viewpoint but docs are always talking about losing weight so it can;t hurt.

I am re-installing the operating system of my spare computer, just sitting comfortably in a chair, and will get it folding soon I hope.

Goit to go now as the day is well under way here at the plant and I have another truckload shipment to get ready to ship to this customer. They are desperate and have been waiting patiently.

micro....

My sister is coming to town next week. She also has bulging back disks. I can quiz her. So if you'd like the lowdown ...
