Many liberals believe that Obamacare is magic, and those currently without medical insurance will not demand more care after they are covered. I guess liberals don't know many poor people, and the medical neglect they suffer. Too many presume that medical care for the poor is always provided free and without hassle because emergency rooms are required to treat them. Most poor people and people without insurance are not totally indigent, do not use emergency rooms exclusively, and are unable to pay anything towards their medical care. They get dunned for payment by collection agencies also.
