We had a report earlier stating that Amazon was interested in the patents that Intel bought from InterDigital, now Mark Zuckerberg says in his conference call that Facebook is going to invest heavily into mobile. InterDigital last night stated they have identified an additional 3,000 patents and patent applications which includes approximately 200 US-only patents, for potential sale or partnership. There obviously is demand for our patents.

Could Amazon have come back? Is Facebook inquiring? Again, are we getting to the point where we are selling away patents to other parties to get to the sweet spot point that interested the single buyer that wanted most of the patents but not all? (ie. forming a backdoor consortium).
