makes sense on GOOG valuation bc while I have no proof it wouldn't surprise me that GOOG offered IDCC somewhere in the 60s for their portfolio or a large portion of it. IDCC was in the 40's after the NT auctions so would make sense GOOG offered at least in the 60s for them.
i like that google placed a value of 5.5 byn on the mot patent portfolio...that gives us another price point to compare...seems to me that a stripped down idc core portfolio could still easily slot in at 3byn dollars
