They apparently think the car thing was a good idea as evidenced by them doing it.

That is visible.

If they had deferred bonuses as NW indicated, would they have not said so for some cred with investors?

Dig, my hunch is they're still using the ATM to meet payrolls. The SP has just been too flat for too long. I'll bet they've sold a whole bunch @~$.65. We took a precipitous drop following the ASM and have been in this immediate neighborhood since. That suggests to me a high probability that use of the ATM has been a SP cap. We'll only learn of June's ATM usage in the Aug. report for Q2. By Nov's Q3 report there hopefully will have been enough news (reporting deals) that the SP will have risen back to at least $2.00. There is no exit point here. And as usual we're flying pretty much in the blind.
