Hmm. . .
I just called up the graph of my weekly share prices.
In 2003 DUK was under $20 . . In 2007 it got above $30
then they spun off SE and the share price dropped to
about $20.

In 2009 it had slipped (looks like) under 15 and then
by 2012 it had slowly moved up to plus $20. And
then, Saturday's data, it jumped over $65.

(My graph is not real fine.)

DUK has not ever really disappointed me . . . . if
they hadn't insisted on re-investing part of my
dividends (and screwing up my bookkeeping) I would
probably not even think of selling it.
