Mr. Micro,
I was thinking of selling in September . . .
The bookkeeping for Duke Energy is just
a pain in the butt . . . plus I own stock in
several other power companies. (D, OGE, PPL, SE,
COP, PSX)

But I don't see Duke Energy going the way of Wave
Systems. They are a money making power company.
(A HUGE one, now that they bought PGN.)

I used to own some PGN . . Progress Energy . .
and I sold them because they and Duke were going
to merge, and I remember the pain in the butt it
was when two other power companies I owned merged.

Direct Stock Purchase Plans . . . and I wound up with
two accounts for the same company.

Another INFAMOUS reverse split took place in a penny stock called Wave Systems several years ago.

There are a few boards here on bobs that deal with this company.

I warned and a few others back then what the effects would be, basically a death spiral over the long haul.

Well, I was right. Now the folks on the WAVEDD board think this is still going to be the next microsoft .

Don't tell them otherwise. This is so good I watched I have watched my stock in this speculative stock become worth 5% of what I had invested in it.

If I were Zim I would sell my shares of Duke energy at the opening and move on.

Buy some WLP (wellpoint, Anthem health care) or United Health Care or something else.

The history of reverse splits is horrible to say the least.
