those shots (epidurals) have an upside of reducing the pain, but they do not fix the problem. The lack of pain will also allow you do do things to cause some serious injury. When ya get the shots you will feel better, but don't over do it. Another thing, the shots will do for ya is make ya gain weight and that's whether you eat more, eat less, or eat practically nothing at all. I have a relative who has had them and every time they get one they gain 20-30 pounds.

It's better than surgery though.

Simply didn't have anything to add.

Have got it really good in the low center of the back where the spine meets the pelvis today. can hardly bare to stand up and walk. Wish doc would hurry up and schedule those steroid shots. I am trying to hold off on the pain meds he prescribed but it is my fault for rebuilding the Fruit Cellar doors and entire structure the past three days. Too much bending, stooping, straining, carrying loads of plywood and treated lumber, etc.

I did get me a really nice BOSCH contractors portable job site table saw with a zero gravity stand. This thing is really sweet. Collapses the entire stand and saw onto 5 inch pneumatic tires and rolls just like a suitcase, all neatly folded up and requires very little storage space.

It rips 25 inches wide and is packed with features. Accurate to 1/64 inch.

Should have bought this three years ago. Glad I have it now though. I'll find all kinds of uses for it now that I have it.

I guess I will need to get that out building up before long for my workshop as I will inherit all of my father's wood working machinery and will need space to set it up. He has quite a collection.

Hope y'all have a wonderful Sunday and things cool down a bit.

the best,

micro.. Very Happy
