I'm sure there are some I have read and others I have not. I am rather baffled by the question. My reference to a Newtonian scope is simply a matter of optics. All of the thinkers of hi time wrestled with many things, but I can't fit their struggles into my rather conceptual and metaphorical jest towards perspective.

If what you are seeking is a broader exploration into Newton's thinking on presumably theology, then that would be great fun.

I am somewhat familiar with the theological perspectives of some historical figures of prominence ... Jefferson, Franklin, Darwin, Galileo, and have looked a bit at Copernicus, Kepler, Brahe ... but actually feel a bit a fool, as I haven't really registered Newton's Commentaries, which having now well googled them look like something I should read.

The dude was not the dullest knife in the drawer, so it should be interesting.

Have you ever read Newton's commentaries?
