there is the whole looking through the telescope backwards thing, gosh things can seem far away.

I actually have a Newtonian reflector along with a decent little LED microscope, and a pair of binoculars worth more than my car. Clearly, I like to look at things. Chauncey Gardner said "I like to watch" ... which, well, led to things.

With each view piece the result is entirely dependent on which end one looks into.

I was already turning the optics around, the car thing (a remarkable vehicle with one sponsor) kinda sealing the tape for me.
