that what the Spragues have recently (Oct '11) done and have escalated since is actually the plan. Recognizing that the core business was not going to be accepted and might contract, they then had family create Scrambls promoting the heck out of it to excite Wavoids, keeping them in line. Having done that, they kept absolute control @ ASM. Then with forethought and purpose drained as much as they can from Wave to family and friends. With delisting eminent, coffers empty, sales dropping and expenses where they are - the share price may well continue south. But they don't care, it's not their money. WAVX, with no money to meet expenses, they plan to declare BK, seeking protection while they reorganize selling Wave's assets for pennies to a newly established tightly held corporation. Not at all out of the realm of possibility.
