I think hamster was referring to the DoD/ penumbra pilots which were originally expected to complete along the Q2/3 timeline but got pushed back to Q3/4.

Whereas I think NW's Q2/3 timeline matches the plum from the SHM and seems to refer to a couple of contracts in Europe.

On their own, these don't get Wave to $50m. So they surely are not a match with the revelation of the source of the $50m in mid year.

This would also imply, however, that the SHM statement that the plum had been expected to reach fruition (neat pun, eh) in Q1 was false. The plum does not seem to have been known at the time hamster was having his chat. But this is easier to swallow (neat second pun) than the alternatives I can think of. It makes a decent retrospective excuse from the master-picker (another one) of excuses and who cares about truth in an unsafe harbour.

And they seem to differ on a couple of specific points and more generally regarding a tone/perception point.

1. NW speaks towards the near term carrot/plum as EU, gestating for a couple of years. Hamster say nothing big from EU for some time.

2. NW speaks towards structural differences in the way business sis done in the US as the impediment, hamster seems to be chatting with somebody that wants to take his show to the US and get it done.

Hamsters notes are a bit confusing on which quarter how much we are taking about and I'm not sure f the wandering between dollars and pounds is intentional or not ....

but there it is again, the pointing towards Q2/Q3 as something to provide some clarity on how this company can hope to get $50m this year.
