I beleive Robert's realized his legacy wasn't looking good, especially after Citizens United.
His stance on Arizona & Health Care may free him up to side mostly with the right from now on.

Watched The Young Turks last night. Paul Campos said Justice Roberts changed his decision at the last minute (or just about)
In the decision, several places there are references to Justice Ginsburg as if she was on the losing side.
He said this should have been edited, and could have been.
Paul Campos said that the was the way for the Conservatives to let the cat out of the bag, without saying it outright.
