Your message really sums it up.
If folks have standards and Wave operates beneath them, then they won't form the bedrock investor community Wave needs if it is to create a positive shareholder environment - which it must have in order to survive and thrive.
This is so simple.
Operate as if this isn't a family company. They should not need to be told.
Obviously there are folks incapable of comprehending this. But such folks are the bottom end of a corporate philosophy bell curve, in which the bar is set so low a mouse could leap it. And Wave needs to attract the support of the large population in the middle: the bell.
They won't do so like this.
