Hi doma,

LOL. Funny post.

For myself, having been to a single Formula 1 event, I am all for the silence.

Not only because of the benign effect on my ears. But also because it would make the cars easier to ignore.

I guess I am in the minority on this. But I'd rather watch a game of cricket.

When attending a motor race isn't a big part of
the thrill the sound of those V12's & V8's screaming
round the circuit.........can you imagine the silence
of an electric car race.........?Also in F1 the pit stops
are an integral part of the race.............if electric cars
pitted the audience would have to return the next
day after the overnight charge to see the race continueSmile

I can see them having to add a sound system to each
car so that it sounds like a race car......lol.

Nothing against electric cars, all for it.........but an
electric car race??Might as well play with scalextric....

Doma.
