You should just buy now at sixty eight cents. Then, next year if WAVX is higher, you can brag about your investment prowess. If it's lower, you can just disappear. Or applaud the new, better buying opportunity to add to your holdings and average down.

I agree with you that the market, especially on these low visibility little stocks, can be quite inefficient. But, over time, the diamonds are plucked from the rough. There still doesn't appear to be any big boys even starting to look for any diamonds in this rough.
Things are good in Lee, though. The word just hasn't gotten out yet.
