Never mind the officer corps, the non-coms, thes folks captains, lieutenants, sergeants ... these folks do not matter ... it only matters if you happen to have a cooler gun.
there is very little history to support that notion.
Awk and SKS coordinated and successfully suppressed any effort to amend the officer corps. It doesn't mean somebody won't make money off the cool guns ... those with the access, contacts and nimble resources will do fine.
