and yes Wave will very likely survive,

what remains to be seen is whether current shareholders may benefit from that.

Some, you e.g. it seems, believe the two are inseparably linked, others such as myself see a world full of successful companies where the first cadre of retail investors was culled and left on the side of the road.

The data supports the notion that this is the m.o. of the current management and board (and yes, you and SKS did manage to get Snackman and his acolytes to fall in line).

but are you going to tell me now that current activity is nothing more than short-against-box for a near term PIPE ... are you going to tell me that a person should actually make an open market investment in WAVX?

Really? With these guys?

Yes, the company Wave Systems may well survive, indeed I think they certainly will and that their IP will be woven into the fabric of alea's matrix. None of that requires participation of current lnog shareholders, indeed its fruition may well deliberately exclude current shareholders.

I do not doubt that many, perhaps you, have the resources, contacts, and nimbleness to navigate the circumstance towards ultimate reward ... but given the abject reality of things for the past year, the reality of funding by dilution and the reality of reward before delivery and so on ... it is entirely fair IMO to suspect that you are an inside shill for the company and are fully protected from WAVX Common Class A reality, somehow insulated from dilution, or given special access to means around those issues.

Or you are dim.

Not sure which.
