No matter how hard it is to admit there is not fair play when it comes to the legal system. There is something wrong with the current happenings at the ALJ with this lagging decision and definitely something wrong with the original ITC decision. Especially since the ITC lawyer then gets hired by the Nokia law firm some time after.
