fair enough. i know your aim is pointed towards the company. here you will not be made a pariah for making a point that is at least partially accurate. several posters have shared their participation in pipes. they see themselves as doing a good thing for the company by providing liquidity. at the same time, their advance sales cause the price to go down. so there's a price which is borne by those who hold their shares, even if the company survives because of it.
i have wondered for some time why it is that sks tells investors in advance that he is planning to raise funds. i think this is why. it is my speculation, of course.
but please let's try to leave criticism of individual posters (eg snackman) out of our discussion. it just invites the tiresome bickering onto this board.
