I agree if the goal is to ultimately sell all of the patents. However, if the goal is to continue the business model pursuing lucrative bottom line annual licensing income results, building market cap via dividends would seem to have a more positive increase in shareholder value over the long run. If the trend is your friend, dividend investing is certainly in vogue. I could see the share price moving toward 50 with the announcement of a 1.60 dividend for the next 3 years upon the closing of the Intel deal.
i think you need to look at this as a private business man would....ive just made an extremely compelling case for purchasing the shares....ITS CALLED MINING YOUR OWN BALANCE SHEET...idc can in effect purchase their own patents...at levels that would cause shareholders to jump out the window had they sold them at the same price
