I'd hope that the Company is buying back shares now. But we don't know if they are allowed to make open purchases because, maybe, there is forthcoming news, again. The manipulation of the stock price before the announcement appeared to be fueled by the Company's inability to purchase shares while the Intel deal was being finalized ... now we go through some more manipulation and price decline ...
even after recent revaluation...idc's market cap....adjusted for debt repayment...is still only about 600myn dlrs....at the end of 2012 we will still have roughly 19,000 patents and apps....that values the patents at only 30,000 dlrs each if everything else is valued at 0...even though we just sold patents for 220k each....IDC WOULD BE INSANE NOT TO BUY THEIR OWN PATENTS AT 30K EACH!!!!
