but that's part of my point.

if the chairman's not up to it, his attendance on the call will expose this fact also.

by the way, i oresume they get paid to attend. are there discounts available for attendees sleeping through the meeting? or is it strictly a pay for providing a breathing body sort of deal? if so, forget 24601, i want in.

Alea, obviously your call for the Chairman to attend CCs has issues ... there is that whole being awake thing.
