what's the deal... why is IDCC always wanting to be so secretive? apparently, there have been settlement discussions b/w them and NOK and wants no one to know.

them. And in the filing they state the only issue remaining between licensing from IDCC was a FRAND rate. Anyway they got shot down and the ITC is retaining the case. I could not get the document to print but it is a definite must read, especially, where Nokia says the only issue to licensing was the FRAND rate. The following document was showed up today for viewing and was the Order of the ALJ on May 31, 2012. (Go IDCC. I think Nokia knows they are in a pickle this time). Not if Nokia licenses but when.
